I recently purchased a parasol from Parasol Garden, and while I am satisfied with the product, I have a few concerns. Firstly, the parasol I received had a small defect that wasn't mentioned in the product description. It didn't affect the functionality, but it was a bit disappointing nonetheless.
The product itself is average in terms of quality. It serves its purpose, but I expected better craftsmanship considering the price.
The customer service was decent, but there was room for improvement. They were responsive to my queries, but their communication lacked a personal touch.
