I have been with Oates insurance for many years and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the coverage that I need, their customer service could be improved. The staff can be a bit slow in responding to inquiries and it sometimes takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, Oates insurance is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
