Staff really helpful and friendly. A good selection of equipment. Free weights, cardio and resistance equipment. It has a good looking lap pool for swimming only. The changing rooms are plush, spacious and inviting. They have 1 studio that is used for all if their classes. They have a small but adequate selection of classes. And surprisingly the other gym users are friendly too. I would definitely recommend it.
