I have been a customer of Blowtorch for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The customer service representatives are usually helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit rude. The products they offer are of decent quality, but I have found better alternatives elsewhere. Overall, Blowtorch is an okay company to do business with.
