As a customer of Rocksmith (kilo international llc), I have to say that their products are of average quality. The designs are unique and trendy, but the material used could be improved. The customer service is decent, although sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate Rocksmith as an average company with room for improvement.
