I have been using Diamond sharp cutlery knives for several months now, and I must say, they are the best knives I have ever owned. The blades are incredibly sharp and they stay sharp for a long time. The handles are comfortable to hold and provide excellent control. The durability of these knives is remarkable. Even after multiple uses and washes, they still look brand new.
