We have been going to Elis for years, but the last 2 times were nothing but disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the atmosphere is still amazing, but prices went up and the ribs got smaller and smaller. I'm not shaming the prices going up, I get it. But to go from big, juicy, perfectly seasoned ribs to tiny, super dry (about half of them were jerky-like) was so sad.
