I have no words, I asked for assistance for a certification of their pump that around the age of 13 yesterday morning, and that same afternoon I was contacted "by telephone" for some clarifications and after less than an hour, I had the required document in the mail ...... all this at no cost, with a simple "THANK YOU" !!!
We are no longer accustomed to the service and the human touch, these are just the professionals. Many CONGRATULATIONS, they were all like the PIUSI S.p.A. , Everything would be easier, smooth and very satisfying. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
