Very poor service when asked for help with a produ...

Very poor service when asked for help with a product they sell. I needed some information about a color for the Wolf Product, that they sell and was told they could not assist me. If you do not buy directly from them on this one occasion you do not get assistance. They will not be part of the next project we do nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I will be contacting Wolf to explain to them as well.
