As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Narrative for a few months now and I must say, it's been a mixed experience. While some aspects of the platform are great, such as the variety of templates and the ease of use, there are also some areas that need improvement. The customer support can be slow to respond at times, and there have been a few technical glitches that were frustrating to deal with. Overall, it's a decent platform, but there is definitely room for improvement.
