As a customer of a certain payment processing company, I expected a lot more from Chicago National Bankcard. They claim to provide great services, but unfortunately, I found them to be below average. The rates are higher compared to their competitors and the customer support is not very responsive. There have been instances where my transactions got stuck and it took them a while to resolve the issue. Overall, my experience with them has been disappointing.
