2 days of transit and no update whatsoever

then 28 hours on the way to Belgium ...

No departure with driver on Friday (80 gram package, not a life-size statue of Cruyff)

What the hell does the sender have to do with this? Only in the evening do I receive the status update that it has been released by customs, up to 2 times? Even though this happened immediately upon receipt. But it was only added to the update on Friday evening, so it was just tampered. While I kept an eye on the parcel all day ... I could not find out the parcel myself, it does not seem that difficult to remove it from the sorting process or after the release of customs, to prepare it for collection . Or to change it that I can find out myself. IF I ever order by post again, I will find out myself from now on ...

The driver did not leave on Saturday either and no contact is possible from noon.

Previous deliveries went a lot faster, but there were still comments. When it arrives, I don't complain that quickly. But not once have I signed off a package myself and in most cases the driver signed off without ringing the bell and put the package in the bus. Another time it was simply pushed into the hands of a family member and signed off by the driver himself. Drivers cannot speak Dutch or they refuse to speak it anyway, a smile is rare.
