I had a mixed experience with Jango.com. While their website looked great and was easy to navigate, I had some issues with their customer support. It took them longer than expected to respond to my queries, and once they did, the responses were not very helpful. However, the quality of the product I received was good and the delivery was prompt. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
