Review of Sun Toyota

We purchased a car from Sun Toyota almost 2 months...

We purchased a car from Sun Toyota almost 2 months ago. We have yet to receive our registration. After multiple phone calls come to find out the title was not clear and they are having issues getting it. Now we are on our second temp tag, which expires on 1/3/17. We were told if we do not receive our registration by time it expires we have to get a dealer tag.

The finance manager questioned our credit report more than any one ever has. He stated he had to "come up with a story to tell the back." While we don't have perfect credit. Sun Toyota stated they work with people with not so good credit, which is why we went to them. After signing paperwork, taking the car home, four days later they called and told us they were able to get the bank to approve us.

The $50 dollar gift card you get for just going in took us close to 3 weeks to get. We had to call and question them on that and were told that no one ever submitted the request for it. Once we did get it we could not swipe it anywhere and could only use it online or somewhere that was willing to type it in.

Hopefully we get our registration soon. Overall has not been a good experience purchasing a vehicle.
