I wanted to leave a well deserved review. I received service on 3/3/21. I had just purchased my first Lexus, a few weeks earlier, and had to get a trim piece replaced because it was damaged. I had no idea what to expect from the service team. I was greeted promptly and told they would get me in right away. Chris Klbecka also greeted me. He made it his mission to get the job done fast. He introduced me to one of his technicians (Mike Talley). Mike was extremely kind and fixed the part needed in no time. They also asked if I wanted the car washed. It was on my to do list that day. Wow! Great costumer service doesn t say it quite enough!! I couldn t be happier with my purchase with Lexus of Roswell. This is how a dealership should be run. I highly recommend anyone to buy from them. 5 Stars all the way!!!
