I made an order with this company through walmart....

I made an order with this company through walmart.com. I never received my order. The Tin Box Company sent me an email saying that the package was delivered. Which it was not! The after contacting them, they said the package was damaged and and I would get a full refund. I have emailed them several times. They claim they made a full refund to my account. They have not refunded anything to me and I would suggest to anyone considering ordering anything from this company, Do Not Do It!!! Now the owner post a response about my purchase and about my post here. He claims my purchase was through a third party. Ok??? Then, why was the emails to and from The Tin Box Company?? I call B.S. Again, poor excuses from a bad company. Save yourself time, money and aggravation. Do not attempt to purchase anything from the Tin Box Company.
