I'm pretty confused about this place. It is beautiful and so is the scenery.
We had a studio RM 218. When we checked in (by Patrick) we headed to our room. It was pretty nice! There was a gas fireplace, a sofa sleeper, king bed, kitchenette, jetted tub, small balcony, and walk in shower.
Something smelled a bit. After investigating it was the coffee pot. It was full of super old coffee and the filter was full of old coffee grounds that had a little mold or something on it. Gross!
We turned on the fireplace. It smelled too. In the drawer was the carbon monoxide alarm. No battery and not plugged in.
Ok, so let's watch some TV. Nope that didn't work either.
I told Patrick about the carbon monoxide alarm. He called maintenance. No one ever came. He also told us how to run the TV.
We go back up, still the TV won't work. An hour later I take the carbon monoxide alarm to Patrick and tell him the TV still won't work. He said he would be technical support and came up. After fiddling with the TV (which was pretty old) somehow the HDMI was unplugged from the back of the TV. (The TV was in a cabinet) He also brought a battery for the carbon monoxide alarm.
The annoying part is you pay $35 a day resort fee and $65 for cleaning. Normally, not a problem but, we had to clean the coffee pot and wipe out the jetted tub. Oh and the pillows were in the dresser! Strange. For a "fancy" place I expected more especially since you pay a cleaning fee and are there to relax.
Patrick was great! He was very friendly and helpful.
We can say we've been there, but honestly I wouldn't stay there again.
