As someone who enjoys outdoor activities, I recently tried a new adventure with an organization that provides adaptive sports programs in Telluride. The experience was overall average. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but the communication regarding equipment and logistics was a bit unclear. The website provided good information, but could benefit from being more user-friendly and interactive. The adaptive equipment provided was in good condition, but some options for customization would have been appreciated. The overall experience was enjoyable, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of organization and customer experience. I may consider giving it another try in the future, hoping for some positive changes.
