I recently engaged with this company for some industrial equipment servicing and was met with timely and efficient service. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional, and the work was completed within the expected timeframe. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking, as it was sometimes challenging to get updates on the progress of the servicing. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to other companies offering similar services. Overall, while the quality of the work was satisfactory, the communication and pricing left something to be desired. I would consider them again for future needs but would hope to see improvements in these areas.
