I have lived here for 3 years. It is below average - for service. The apts are decent sized for the money we pay, but nobody holds anyone to any rules, the place is filthy, the corridors are only vacuumed once a year! the laundry area is full of dirt, it is wet and often has puddles of standing water, hence mosquitoes! water drips from the ceiling almost always! most apts have roaches in them! Management only calls you when your rent is late - never otherwise - you can leave messages any # of times - nobody calls back! I wish there were more well priced apts on LI!
