I recently purchased a vehicle from this company. The sales process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the post-purchase service was lacking. I had some issues with the vehicle shortly after buying it, and it took longer than expected to get assistance. The communication could have been better, and it felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, the experience was average. The initial purchase was good, but the after-sales service could be improved. I hope they can work on being more responsive and proactive in addressing customer concerns in the future.
