My wife and I were in Simpsonville and were looking for a place for dinner. We decided on Stella s Southern Bistro. Boy were we surprised and delighted. We thought by the name it was a mom and pop southern home cooking. However it turned out to be a culinary delight. We had one of the finest meals we have ever had. The service was fantastic. I had Shrimp & Grits and my wife had Monk Fish in a tomato broth. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
