I recently utilized the services of the company and found their approach to be quite average. While their website provided a decent overview of their capabilities, I felt the actual delivery was lacking in terms of personalized attention and follow-through. Additionally, the turnaround time for my project was longer than expected, which was disappointing. Although the team seemed knowledgeable about the work they were doing, I didn't feel as though they fully understood my unique needs and vision. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of client engagement and service delivery.
