One of the best brunch spots in Richmond, but just as amazing for dinner as well (I haven't been there for lunch yet.) The Fried Oatmeal brunch menu dish is scrumptious, melt-in-your-mouth comfort food that won't leave you feeling like you just ate too much brunch. The fried chicken - for brunch or dinner - is tender, flakey, and seasoned to perfection. The drinks are expertly made. The atmosphere is classy yet relaxed. And the local artwork on the walls is stimulating and engaging; my family usually has a conversation about one or two pieces each time we go.

My only con is that the service had been a little slow the few times we've been, but nothing that ever ruined our time, and the pros for Laura Lee's greatly outweigh this minor con. We will definitely be back again very soon, hopefully for lunch next time!
