I recently purchased a wakeboard from their website, and overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the products I was interested in. The ordering process was also smooth, and I received my wakeboard within the estimated delivery time.

However, I was not thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product. While it was functional and served its purpose adequately, it did not exceed my expectations in terms of durability or performance. I have used other wakeboards in the past that offered a better ride and more responsive handling.

Additionally, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my order, it took longer than I would have liked to receive a response from their support team. This delayed the resolution of my issue and left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

Overall, Hyperlite wake mfg. provided an average experience. While their website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth, the product quality and customer service were not exceptional.
