Sauna did not work, especially the downturn for me...

Sauna did not work, especially the downturn for me (+ complaint from unknown father w / 2 sons) Various answers on whether there was Buffet on Tuesday at reception. Did not refill coffee in the room during our 3 nights. Great room w / views.
