I have worked with ScanCad since 2009 and have not been let down. They are constantly looking to improve the functionality of the products and value customer input. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, we had a need to measure specific features on a circuit board with the ScanInspect system. A web meeting was setup and the session was recorded and provided to us for download. Not only could we measure what we needed easily, but now have the video for future reference. Look forward to more innovative and cost effective products.
