When i bought my tickets for Love Letters, I expressed my concern about being able to hear the play to the lady at the front desk. I told her I had a real problem with my hearing and was afraid my seats were too far from the stage. She assured me every seat in the auditorium afforded excellent sound and I would not have any problem. Well, she was either so eager to sell those two tickets she was not honest with me, she didn't know what she was talking about or she just didn't care. My friend and I left at the intermission because i could not hear one word of the dialogue!! I tried turning up my hearing aids but even that didn't help. I wasted $60!! I will definitely think twice before attending another event there. What a disappointment.
