"Advisors", "Counselors" and 99% of staff are worthless. The whole group of them could be replaced by a single parrot trained to say "visit our website for that information".
If you're interested in enrolling in GMU and have questions, the only response you get is "We can't help you because you're not a student."
So you enroll and get accepted. You go back again to ask your questions and get "We can't answer your questions because you haven't paid your enrollment fee."
You pay the fee to become a student and from that point outward, any question you may have will be answered with "You have to go to the website to find that information." Completely useless people that can't or won't do their jobs.
