I had a fantastic experience at Phillip Richard Salon INC. The staff was incredibly skilled and attentive. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I left the salon feeling like a whole new person. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this salon!
