Been trying to set up bills for 5 months.
Been trying to set up bills for 5 months.
On phone I gave all information and was told by the customer support woman that it would take 3 months to set an account up.
3 months later after nothing I tried to call up, multiple times on hold and then disconnected after an hour waiting every time.
Customer reference number given to me doesn t work on website.
Still can t call due to coronavirus.
