I have been a customer of Zag bank for a few years...

I have been a customer of Zag bank for a few years now and I must say, their service has been average. The rates they offer are decent, but nothing to write home about. The website is user-friendly, but the mobile app could use some improvements. Overall, I would rate Zag bank as an average option for banking.
