I have tried calling numerous times to check the status of my CNA transfer application and I usually get an automated voice which is of no help. Twice I have actually gotten a woman on the phone who is very short and snippy with me, making it seem as though it isn't her job to offer current registered aides information pertaining to their certification and/or transfer. I had two questions to ask and as soon as she answered the first, she hung up. So I had to call back again, get the same automated voice a few more times, and then finally got her again and she was just as short as the first time. Very poor communication/customer service skills.
