I've had nothing short but a terrible experience with Invitation Homes. They currently owe me $4,342.50. Very easy to get on the phone when they want your money. They then go missing when they owe YOU money, which happened to be after I put down a deposit but ended up going with a different property. After telling me my check would come in 2 weeks, they have since ghosted. BE CAREFUL!!!
