I moved to Burbank from the east coast and stopped by City Salon Spa. I met Joanna and she is very sweet and kind. I don t trust just anyone with my eyebrows anymore as I ve had some terrible experiences. But she showed me her work and I believed she would do a good job.

She plucked my eyebrows into a beautiful shape (I can t do waxing because I m on skin medication). She told me about their vegetable dye and I decided to try it because it s natural. And sure enough my eyebrows looked WONDERFUL. I received numerous compliments on my eyebrows and don t have to use makeup to fill them in so they stand out in photos. It lasts 3/4 weeks.

Joanna is the best! Go see her!
