Had one of the most rude customer service experience. Suddenly my monthly mortgage increases and when I call to find out the reason, the guy (I remember his name but dont want to name him here, but wont hesitate to do so if I get the same experience again) rudely says insurance increases by $30 a month. When I ask him to explain why the increase per month is of the order of $60 while insurance increased by only $30. He says "I already explained to you and if you dont pay attention you will never understand". I said " you never explained. You only mentioned that insurance increased by $30. I now am asking for the explanation for the other $30). He rudely says, I already explained it to you in the simplest possible terms. You have no idea how calculations are made!!!".

I may or may not have an idea how calculations are made, but as someone paying it is my fundamental right to know why I am paying. And the purpose of a customer care representative is to explain thing PATIENTLY. If everyone knows everything, you dont have a job my friend. Infact if patience is not one of your qualities, look for a job where you dont have to deal with people (if there exists such a job).

My loan was with quicken loans before it got automatically transferred to loan care. I must say there is a sea of difference in my experience. Quicken loans was truly professional and I am afraid I cant say the same about loan care.

I gave one star because negative rating is not an available choice
