This is a Horrible company they transferred my to Loan care and I have problems since July I been calling every other week to try to get my issue resolved i not one word I did a complaint in I be calling the complaint person every week to say no is responding to me or calling me back to fix the issue I hate this company. I wish someone by my loan again.
