I have had the opportunity to use the services of Science Valley Sdn Bhd, and I must say that their service is average. While the staff were polite and helpful, the overall efficiency could be improved. The website was easy to navigate and provided relevant information, but the response time for queries was slower than expected. It took quite a while to get a resolution for my problem. Overall, an average experience.
