I recently purchased a new laptop from a popular online store, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The laptop is slow, and it freezes frequently. The battery life is also much shorter than advertised. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this laptop or this company to anyone.
