Fantastic customer service, placed our first order with ND John wine merchants just before Xmas, unfortunately the courier wasn't able to deliver before Christmas (probably my fault for leaving it so late) but I got a phone call from NDJohns to let me know which I thought was great service. Our order was delivered just after Christmas, unfortunately the warehouse had somehow managed to send 4 bottles of red wine instead of the 4 bottles of white I had ordered, I rang NDJohns and without any quibble and with a full apology they arranged then and there for our order to be resent on a next day delivery and complimented us two bottles of the red by way of apology. This level of customer service is sadly hard to find these days, but we have definitely found our new wine provider! Oh and the surprise chocolate giant coin went down a treat with our 8 year old!! Fab service and would fully recommend.
