I have been a customer of Valuetech s.a. for several years now and I must say their service is average. Although they have some good products, their customer support is lacking. The company website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, whenever I had a problem with a product, it took them a long time to respond and provide a solution. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
