Had an utter disappointing online shopping experie...

Had an utter disappointing online shopping experience with these guys. Returned a parcel through their appointed delivery service, showed them the confirmation email from delivery company that the parcel has been delivered to JD's warehouse but they denied they've got it and asked me to investigate the issue with their appointed delivery company.
Years of online shopping, I've never come across such an absolute nonsense. Sort yourself out or it's a bye for good from one customer!
Be careful with these guys ...very careful
