Very saddened and extremely unprofessional on how I was dealt with at S & A Solutions. Nothing to take away from Josh, by far he was professional at all times. Really wish u could literally give 0 stars to this place... Very disconcerting to say the least. After contacting Gov. Whitmers office, they were appalled that a background check that was told only would go back 5-10 yrs, then outright lied said didn't know they would go back further. Are you serious??? Are you a new temp employee yourself. That was one error lie on Josh. You know darn well how far they go back. Unless your agency didn't want me not the dodge plant. My issue was 18 yrs ago. Unfathomable to believe it was causing me not to be employed by S&A Solutions. I'm very sorry for my actions. Now almost two decades later I'm a better person. Let's see did a drug test all was well. Then a motor vehicle report all was well. Whitmers office was not happy that employers are claiming they r in need of people but pickin and choosing who they hire? They will be contacting S&A and the plant that chose to play the game of pick and choose. Tryed callin back to find out the name of the company I would be driving the trucks back and forth was hung up on 5x. I'm on hold with whitmers office as I'm texting this. What a horrible agency and alleged company that like wouldn't have me work for them. Treat a potential employee and good and a devoted employee like this. A dam shame....
