I recently had the chance to work with a staffing agency for a job opportunity. The experience was generally positive, but there were a few downsides. The agency, Summit Staffing, connected me with a decent job, but the management was not very supportive. The work environment was fine, and the pay was good. However, I felt there was limited room for growth and advancement. Despite these issues, I am grateful for the opportunity and the exposure to different work environments.
