I recently attended a sensory awareness workshop organized by the Sensory Awareness Foundation. It was a truly enlightening experience. The facilitators created a warm and inclusive environment where I felt comfortable exploring my senses. I left the workshop with a renewed appreciation for my body and a deeper understanding of the power of sensory awareness. Highly recommended!
