I have been a customer of Scruggs Industries for several years and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there have been a few instances where I've had issues with the items I purchased. The customer support is responsive and tries to address the problems, but it takes some time to get everything resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Scruggs Industries as average.
