I worked for this company and have be asking for and attempting to get my past health and life insurance information from them with no avail, they tell me one story from the next, I have suspected fraud with my personal information and have had another past employee support this thought, I think they need to be investigated, my legal name is Jeremy Medlin, I believe Amy is the culprit. I know someone at GMC will read this and I hope this review will prompt immediate action to properly investigate my accusations, I have notified a proper authorities, thank you
