I had a mixed experience with the Pmi pearl city chapter. The website itself is great, with a lot of useful resources and information. However, I found the customer service to be subpar. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did get a response, it wasn't very helpful. If the customer service improved, I would have had a much better experience overall.
