The experience with Britstrapped has been quite average. The website is easy to navigate and the information provided is adequate. However, I feel that the customer support could be improved. The response time for queries is a bit slow and sometimes I have to wait for days to get a resolution. Overall, it's not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
