My parents in their 70s with health issues were made to wait several days for service, in humid warm temps, after they paid EXTRA to be able to get their supposed priority/fast service. False advertising here for sure.
After the tech quickly assessed the situation, ran to the store & returned & installed the part on their A/C, (less than an hour in home) they were charged nearly $500!!!!! I believe it was 2 hrs @ $240 per hour. Way to rip off people who are on a fixed budget. I have a feeling your 'good service' reviews are for NEW installations. After that you could care less. Stop making false promises and over-charging people with a RIDICULOUS hourly labor rate. And no, your meager refund of $50, or whatever it was, does not help this service experience!!
